I arrived from Hong Kong as a young man with a thick accent and not much else. Today, I'm a husband, a father of three, a business owner, and your neighbor in Douglas County. That journey taught me one thing above all: results matter more than rhetoric.
For over a decade, you've trusted me to deliver — first on the School Board, then on the South Metro Fire Rescue Board. Now I'm asking for that trust again. I'm running for State Senate, and I'm asking for your vote on November 3, 2026.

Through school board leadership, fire rescue service, and small business ownership, he's delivered results for local families. My Promise to You
I’m not running to be another politician. I’m running to be the same neighbor I’ve always been—someone who shows up, does the work, and gets results.
At a school board forum, someone once told me I didn’t belong because I didn’t speak English. I could have walked away. Instead, I stayed—and kept serving. That’s the kind of leader I’ll be in the State Senate: facing challenges with grace, working across party lines, and never forgetting that every decision affects real families with real dreams. In the State Senate, I’ll bring the same approach that helped us pass a historic $250 million school bond and secure $40 million annually for teacher pay: listen with compassion, act with courage, and serve with heart.
An immigrant from Hong Kong with a thick accent could never have imagined he’d one day have the chance to serve Douglas County in the State Senate. But that’s the magic of this place we call home. And I’m running to keep that magic alive—for the teacher who needs affordable housing, the hardworking family worried about putting food on the table, the senior who needs healthcare, and the newcomer with an accent chasing their American dream.
